01 / THE WORKBENCH

Tools with a point of view.

Each project starts with a sound or a workflow worth exploring. The controls stay close to the thing they change.

Build a sound.

Responsive instruments that make movement, timbre and timing easy to shape.

02 / EFFECTS

Bend the signal.

Effects for turning a familiar take into something you could not have recorded twice.

Keep moving.

Small, focused tools that remove friction between the first idea and the finished track.

03 / THE METHOD

The interesting part is under the panel.

We care about the way a sound changes when you touch it. A useful tool should invite experimentation, show you what it is doing and stay out of your way when you have a track to finish.

04 / THE LAB

A small lab for sounds and workflows that deserve better tools.

Circuit Drift Labs designs open-source audio tools for people who make music by listening closely, experimenting and solving practical problems. The work spans instruments, effects, diagnostics and browser utilities for the major DAWs and surrounding studio workflow.

Some tools will be subtle. Others will pull a sound apart. The common thread is a direct, useful interface that makes it easy to get somewhere interesting.
